You tell us four things: your style, your city, your budget, and which room. We build one plan around those numbers and send it to you. Not a template with your name on it.
Most design guides show you a finished room and leave you to work out the order and the arithmetic. This one starts from your number instead.
What is in your plan:
- Your allocation. What each category costs in your style, and what share of your budget it eats.
- Your buy order. Ordered by how hard each piece is to change later, not by price, with a running total after every line.
- Your stop line. The point your budget runs out, printed on the page.
- What to do about it. Over budget: substitutions where the cheaper piece is the same object. Under budget: what the surplus is worth spending on.
- Your palette, materials and proportions for the style, with paint codes for the hardware counter.
- Renter rules for your room, every one reversible at move-out.
Straight about the numbers: prices are researched estimate bands, not live quotes. We do not link out to retailers. Check the current figure with the store before you buy.
