Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

Digital Products

All digital products sold through Rendered by Design - including City Design Guides, Room Style Lookbooks, Budget Calculators, Product Bundles, and any other digital downloads - are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

By purchasing any digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations
• Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned"
• You have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing before completing checkout

Product Bundles

Product bundles include multiple digital products at a discounted price. All bundle sales are final. Individual products within a bundle cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded separately. If you already own one or more products included in a bundle, no partial refund or credit will be issued for duplicate items.

Free Downloads

Free resources, checklists, templates, and other downloadable materials are offered at no cost. No refunds apply to free products. By downloading a free resource, you agree to be subscribed to our email list. Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Damaged or Defective Files

If you receive a corrupted or defective digital file that cannot be opened or used, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file. This does not constitute grounds for a monetary refund.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email from Stripe once your purchase has been completed. Your digital product download link will be included in this email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase has been completed. All sales and promotions are limited time only and subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Payment-related disputes should be directed to us at support@renderedbydesign.com. We are unable to modify orders, combine orders, or apply discount codes after checkout has been completed.
